Emmi-Roth Käse’s Valfino is handcrafted by our award-winning cheesemakers and tenderly cared for by our cellar masters.This American original washed-rind beauty has a soft, supple texture, luxurious mouth feel and buttery flavor.Moody Blue, a unique naturally smoked blue cheese, is a recent addition to the Emmi-Roth Käse product line and a new favorite of the select few that have tried it.Grand Cru Gruyère Surchoix is a unique cheese in that it is hand selected from the best of the best, aged for 9 months and available in limited supplies making it an exclusive pick for in-the-know foodies.
